Brief
With an organization the size of Florida Cancer Specialists who are spread out all across the state, having a single event for all of their employees is incredibly challenging. However, developing leaders from within is important to them so they launched an annual operations leadership meeting to help bring their team together with a single unified mission. Antioch helped them execute their plan at unique venues like Raymond James Stadium (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and Sea World (Ports of Call).
